Steve Hansmann is a second-generation builder who learned the art of fine craftsmanship and the merits of quality construction from his father, John Hansmann, Sr. and now that art is being passed onto Steve and Julie’s son, John Jr.

Part of our legacy is that Steve’s father taught him "honesty is always the best policy." This family value is fundamental to way we conduct business.
