Our Family Legacy

Steve Hansmann is a second-generation custom home builder who learned the art of fine home building and the merits of quality construction from his father, John Hansmann, Sr. and now that art is being passed onto our son John Jr.

Part of our family legacy is that Steve’s father taught him “honesty is always the best policy.” This is our famiy legacy and it is fundamental to the way we conduct our custom home building and remodeling company.
