Hansmann & Sons is owned and operated by the husband and wife team of Steve and Julie Hansmann and we have been creating beautiful homes since 1979, celebrating 30 years of building in 2009. Steve Hansmann is a second-generation builder who learned the art of fine craftsmanship and the merits of quality construction from his father, John Hansmann.
After three decades of building, Steve has performed every aspect of construction from foundation to finish work. This experience has given him a unique perspective and depth of knowledge that benefits our clients on every single project. Steve thoroughly enjoys taking an owners dream and turning it into a reality - creating an exquisite home that fits harmoniously into the unique landscape of Central Oregon, that will be admired for many years to come. Julie works behind the scenes overseeing the office to help keep the company running smoothly.
